I hope you don't mind - but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you're at least part of the equation. 😉 Some of the most common obstacles to productivity and getting things done are (in no specific order of importance): - Procrastination – like having a hard time to get started or to finish a task - Distractions – like taking constant breaks or losing focus over a new shiny object - Boredom – not feeling motivated enough or being unable to energize yourself - Doubt – feeling unsure of the value of an idea or of your own capacity to see it through To move past these obstacles and create progress on your most important project, there’s one thing that you can do: Get to know yourself! Here's what I mean: Your productivity is closely linked to your level of clarity on the IMPACT that you want to make and the GOALS that you have set for yourself. In other words, you can directly influence your motivation and the actions you take by knowing EXACTLY where you want to go - and then, set the compass straight! Sometimes we do end up standing in the way of our own progress. But I find it comforting to know that we can learn how to clear that path and move ahead, step by step. #productivityhacks #gettingthingsdone #staymotivated #motivationmondays #smallbusinesstips #businessgoals #claritycounts #progressnotperfection #onestepatatime ...

I sometimes talk about becoming a Mom like waking up and realizing that you have a new boss. Suddenly, you’re no longer fully in charge. Suddenly, someone else’s schedule is more important than yours. Suddenly, you have deadlines that seem close to impossible. And you’re supposed to continue to deliver your BEST - as if you're NOT suffering from the sleep deprivation of the century! 😀 For somebody like me, this can come as a bit of a shock! It’s like: “Hold on – I’m an entrepreneur! NOBODY is the boss of me!” Well, turns out, in my case: this adorable little dude is. :)) And you know what? He’s the best boss there is: He forces me to perform in record time! He makes it impossible to be anything but super-focused. He brings me back to what’s important. (I mean REALLY important.) And his hugs are, without competition, THE best reward that I could get. Ever. So yeah. I DO have a boss. He’s 7 ½. Totally uncompromising. Crystal clear about what really matters. And a master of putting things in perspective. For this, I'm forever thankful. Forever in love. #lovemyson #bossbaby #workingmoms #mompreneurlife #familybusiness #businesschallenge #bestbossever #lifeofanentrepreneur #manageyourtime #gettingthingsdone #thisislife #businesscoach #successcoach #productivity ...

This quote totally resonates with me. As I look back on my previous and current transformational journeys, this is the truth. I have always known the destination, where I want to go. But the best way to get there, I have had to find out as I go along. Not knowing can be super frightening. But we have to be willing to make the leap and then try things out. Start thinking about the next step. Chopping up the journey into smaller chunks. Taking baby steps. Evaluating, and then re-adjusting. You’re creating your own map as you go along. And that, my friend, is exactly the way it has to be. Because making a big leap means going places you haven’t been before. There’s no right or wrong. There’s just direction, courage – and action. #transformations #lifechanges #transitions #managingchange #courage #babysteps #lifegoal #reachyourgoals #feelthefearanddoitanyway #sethgodin ...

Is your offer getting you the Hurrahs, the Yeyys – and most of all – the sales that you were hoping for? Or is the response distinctly luke-warm? To turn all of your awesomeness - your experience, your knowledge and your special super-powers – into an offer that your customers will LOVE, you need to engage with your target audience! Because, if the main benefits of your offer are X – while the customer is actually looking for Y – then you can be the very best there is and still miss out on the success that you’re hoping for. To learn how to create an offer that your customers will get in line to buy, go to: https://www.sannakoritz.com/how-to-create-an-offer-that-your-customers-will-get-in-line-to-buy/ #targetaudience #businessoffer #entrepreneurtips #knowyourvalue #youareunique #benefits #mondaymotivations #businessstrategy ...

Being an entrepreneur means making strategic decision. A lot of them! And some decisions are about what NOT to do. What NOT to offer. What customer segments NOT to go after. This can be scary. Because you’re essentially cutting yourself off from certain opportunities. But doing so is vital for your business success: Having an offer that helps “everyone” is not only unrealistic – it’s also unwise from a marketing point of view. It makes it impossible for you to dig deep and fully understand that Ideal Client of yours. Which makes it impossible to sell effectively. Your messages will be luke warm. Being “everything for everyone” usually ends up meaning “nothing for anyone”. #qualityoverquantity #idealclient #targetaudience #knowyourcustomer #worksmart #businessstrategies #smartbusiness #entrepreneurtips #womenentrepreneurship #growyourbusiness #smallbizlove #smallbusinesstips ...

I know from first-hand experience that taking on a customer who is anything but your ideal client, might end up costing you way more than what you’re getting. Here are some of my client horror stories from the past: • A customer who kept on changing the scope and the goals of the project as we went along. • A client who refused to pay the full invoice and started to price haggle AFTER the project was completed. • A customer who couldn’t define the success factors of the project yet was clear that she wasn’t getting what she wanted. These horror stories have one thing in common: I knew that they would be trouble – AND I decided to take them on anyway. The result: too much time spent for too little money and WAY too much stress. That’s clearly not an equation that makes sense! Today, I encourage all my clients to be picky and choose their customers wisely. It’s about daring to choose quality over quantity – every time! #beselective #qualityoverquantity #thursdaytruth #buildyourbusiness #smartgrowth #idealclient #targetaudience #bepicky ...

The art of self-management is not to be taken lightly. 🙂 There's so much that I already know. So many mistakes that I've already made. So much I know that I can do better this time. And still: when there's something I want really badly, when I've set my mind on achieving something - I quickly tend to shift my ENTIRE focus on getting there - like in a not-entirely-healthy way. 😉 I want to achieve it ALL! Preferably right now. Among crafting my online business expansion program, getting feedback, marketing, connecting with my target audience, learning new marketing and mindset techniques... I have one item on my to-do-list today, which is more important than anything: taking a step back. Prioritizing. Analyzing: do I really need to be doing ALL of this right now? And the biggest one of all: can I find a way to go for less than 110%? I've never been great at good enough. But I won't stop trying! 🙂 To help me wind down and re-set my focus, there's no better help than Tuffsie, the Office Manager, featured here with me on a sunny day in Belgrade! 😀 #kittiesofinstagram #findyourfocus #productivityhacks #doingwhatmatters #findthebalance #lifeofanentrepreneur #progressnotperfection #goodenough ...

I’m adamant in encouraging my customers to define their ideal client. And I mean really define! Not just on a macro level – but on a personal, micro level: Who IS that person who you want to serve? Imagine her. Imagine her life. Think about what kind of personality she has. What values drive her. What her everyday life looks like. What hopes and dreams she has. What problems and challenges she is facing. What she’s struggling with. It can be scary to limit your target audience to a clearly defined Ideal Client. It might even feel counter intuitive. Like you’re going after that ONE person. Clearly, you want more than just a single customer! 😉 But here’s the thing: With clarity comes focus. And with focus, you can make wise choices. You can quickly scan your prospect and ask yourself: does this person match my ideal client? Do I believe that I can serve her in the best possible way? And do I believe that she will respect me and value the work that I do for her? By being crystal clear on who your ideal client is, you will save time, make more money, feel better – and best of all, have happier customers! #targetaudience #knowyouraudience #idealclient #businessstrategy #mondaymotivations #entrepreneurtips #businessfocus #savvybusinessowners #trustyourheart #findyourniche #beyourownboss #choosewisely ...

Perfection is an illusion. And by NOT showing your work and ask for feedback, you might end up with a luke-warm offer! My guess is, you have fears. Fear of visibility. Fear of being judged. Fear of not being good enough. The trick here is to unattach yourself from your creations. They don't define you. They are ONE part of you. But they are not ALL of you. YOU are so much more. There's a world of difference between saying "Hey, look what I DID" instead of saying "Hey, look who I AM". To overcome your fears, get your work out there and get it JUST the way that your audience needs it, download my free mini-course, Beat the Blocks. It doesn't matter if your offer is the best of the best - if you can't explain it to your audience, then noone will buy it. So how do you explain the value of what you're offering? It's about the journey. It's the transformation that you're taking your customers on. It's helping them get from point A to point B. You're either helping someone realize their dream - or helping them solve a problem. Either way - that new, transformed state is what you want to be talking about. What is the value that YOU offer? I'd love to hear about it! #knowyouraudience #businessbenefits #businesstransformation #knowyourvalue #earnwhatyoudeserve #thursdaytruth #thursdaythought #growyourbusiness #womenentrepreneurs #femaleentrepreneurs #pricestrategy #pricing ...

Tons of stuff to do today, and very little time (early pick-up from school...). Sounds familiar, anyone? 😉 I got by and got it all done with a little help from some tasty licorice plus a super clear list of stuff I want to achieve this week. Tips for anyone struggling with productivity: 1) Be clear on what you want to achieve. This week. Each day. 2) Know that it's about baby steps. One at a time. 3) Don't crowd your calendar. It's no fun having to push stuff to the next day. And the next. 4) Be kind to yourself. It's about progress and consistency. Show up each day - and what you desire will show up for you. #gettingstuffdone #productivity #familyfirst #mompreneur #bekindtoyourself #growyourbusiness #babysteps #consistency #staymotivated #knowyourwhy ...
