Oh my GOSH - I'm SO excited! My very own podcast is finally here, and I couldn't be more thrilled! :)) I've always LOVED the connection and depth that real conversations bring. And I'm forever on a quest to learn and share new ways of turning your passion into a profitable business. In my podcast, I get to combine the two! Here, I talk to coaches, creatives and social entrepreneurs to find out how they have grown a successful business with a purpose. I hope you'll love it! In this very first episode, I talk to the brilliant Eva-Jo Hancock of @rabalderstorydesign. Eva-Jo shares her thoughts on what makes a room commercially successful and a place that you want to keep on coming back to. She also talks about how to make sure you and your client share the vision of a concept, the importance of long-term customer relations and how to ensure quality in every aspect of your work. If you want to learn how to run a successful creative business, and how to combine strategy and business sense with creativity - then this is the episode for you! If you do, then hurray! You’re on your way to creating an offer that will be exactly in line with your customers’ needs! If you don’t, then don’t worry! You’re not alone – and you can quickly start to turn things around! Many micro coaching or consultancy businesses tend to “perfect” their offer by themselves, and THEN launch. But it doesn’t matter how well you know your target audience: if you’re about to launch something new, you simply cannot know how they think and what they need. Asking for feedback is a crucial part of the development process. You want to reach out as early as possible, cover as much ground as you can and adapt your offer to the relevant feedback you get. Read more and get 4 tips for getting early feedback in this week’s blog post: https://www.sannakoritz.com/stop-working-in-the-dark-4-tips-for-getting-early-feedback-on-your-new-offer/ #launching #clientfeedback #amazingoffer #growyourbusiness #effectivecommunication ...

You might have big goals for yourself and your business. But if your fears are even bigger, chances are you might hold yourself back from taking the steps to reach those goals. Our mind is our most powerful tool. And it is one that we can affect in an incredibly concrete way. We can create new thought patterns that will make us feel differently. And when we feel differently, we act differently. Our mind is not a constant. We can grow it. We can transform it. And as neuroscience shows, we can create actual phsyical new patterns in our brain. That's amazing! It shows us that there is infinite possibility for growth. For change. So be mindful. Know what change you want. Discover how you're holding yourself back. Then create new patterns. #changethewayyouthink #yourtruth #mindsetmatters #expandyourmind #youcandothis #reachyourgoals #overcomeyourfears ...

It’s all about progress. Keeping the ball rolling is more important than making sure that it goes fast and far. If you’re feeling all kinds of fears before your big launch: be kind to yourself. Choose ONE simple action today. It’s enough. It's progress. Sometimes we’re more concerned with what we want to share than what we want the client to experience. I spent some time last week to map out the exact steps of the client process for my upcoming offers. As you can see, I decided to use pen and paper and draw up what I want that process to look like, and what should happen during each step of the way. My main goal: to make the client experience a pleasure by making it clear, easy and quick! Do you work in a similar way? Big goals can trigger big fears. When you put your heart and soul into a project, the reality of your launch can create sudden overwhelm. Very soon, you’ll be at the point of making it or breaking it: a realization that, if left unmanaged, can put you into freeze mode. In this week’s blog post, I share my best tips on how to unfreeze yourself and continue to take action towards that big launch! https://www.sannakoritz.com/3-simple-steps-to-overcome-your-fears-before-a-big-launch/ #launching #mondaymotivations #thinkbigger #youcandothis #soloentrepreneur #womenentrepreneurs #takeaction #overcomingfears ...

Dear friend. Do you sometimes feel like you’re your own worst enemy? Like a bunch of negative thoughts, fears and limiting beliefs are stopping you from doing what you really want? If you do, I have two things to say to you: 1) You’re not alone! Self-sabotaging behaviors are incredibly common among entrepreneurs – maybe, because what we’re putting out there for everyone to see, is ourselves, our dreams and our hearts. 2) I can help! Over the years, I’ve developed a 10-step process that will take you from self-sabotage to thinking, feeling and acting in line with your deepest dreams! So, if you’re ready to stop playing small and start creating the business of your dreams, download the course by clicking on the link in my bio. It’s free and there are no strings attached. Creative freedom is about making the best use of my powers. NOT firmly sticking to a pre-determined plan simply makes it more fun! And I’ve realized that, for me, FUN is an essential ingredient for creation. It’s about becoming more productive by allowing intuition to rule the day. It’s about trusting that I’ll get things done, not in spite of creative freedom, but because of it. Turns out, being a little less in my head and a lot more in my gut is the perfect recipe for creative magic! #getcreative #gettingstuffdone #creativefreedom #productivitytips #contentcreation #staymotivated #funatwork ...

About a week ago, I came back from an amazing holiday. Two weeks in the sun together with my beach boys. Two weeks almost completely disconnected with close to zero work done. What a treat for the body, soul and mind! I love how our minds do the work for us behind the scenes if we give them the input and then the time off to do so. Coming back, I feel energized. I see things even clearer than before. And yes, I feel ready! #getsomerest #reboot #selfcaretips #familyfirst #lovemyboys ...

Last year, I suddenly realized that I’ve let my analytical side take over so much so that my creativity was starting to suffer. Since then, I’ve learned to let creative freedom rule the day – and I’ve seen how it actually helps me become MORE productive! In this post, I share how I combine focus with freedom to effectively create content: https://www.sannakoritz.com/producing-awesome-content-with-the-help-of-creative-freedom/ #creativity #creativitytips #creativeentrepreneur #productivity #productivityhacks #gettingstuffdone #contentcreation #growyourbusinessonline #mondaymotivations ...

This is me, looking calm but feeling excited! A much longed-after holiday is soon upon us, and I can't wait to reboot, recharge and reset. To create space for new ideas without the pressure to deliver. To read and get inspired. Just a few more days, and here we goooo! PS. I always find it hard to completely let go of work even when I'm on a break. I need to actively make the decision to NOT open the laptop. So to help me set my mind in a no-work-mode and remind myself of my time off, I've created a tiny - and I mean TINY - holiday to-do-list. It looks like this: 1) Follow the online training every now and then and only when I feel like it 2) Read a book Can you relate to this need to stay connected to work? What do you do to self-manage during holiday times? Let us know, it's all about constant learning and improval! 🙂 #holidaylook #noplans #recharge #reboot #creativespace #productivity #giveyourselfabreak #manageyourtime ...

I hope you don't mind - but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you're at least part of the equation. 😉 Some of the most common obstacles to productivity and getting things done are (in no specific order of importance): - Procrastination – like having a hard time to get started or to finish a task - Distractions – like taking constant breaks or losing focus over a new shiny object - Boredom – not feeling motivated enough or being unable to energize yourself - Doubt – feeling unsure of the value of an idea or of your own capacity to see it through To move past these obstacles and create progress on your most important project, there’s one thing that you can do: Get to know yourself! Here's what I mean: Your productivity is closely linked to your level of clarity on the IMPACT that you want to make and the GOALS that you have set for yourself. In other words, you can directly influence your motivation and the actions you take by knowing EXACTLY where you want to go - and then, set the compass straight! Sometimes we do end up standing in the way of our own progress. But I find it comforting to know that we can learn how to clear that path and move ahead, step by step. #productivityhacks #gettingthingsdone #staymotivated #motivationmondays #smallbusinesstips #businessgoals #claritycounts #progressnotperfection #onestepatatime ...

I sometimes talk about becoming a Mom like waking up and realizing that you have a new boss. Suddenly, you’re no longer fully in charge. Suddenly, someone else’s schedule is more important than yours. Suddenly, you have deadlines that seem close to impossible. And you’re supposed to continue to deliver your BEST - as if you're NOT suffering from the sleep deprivation of the century! 😀 For somebody like me, this can come as a bit of a shock! It’s like: “Hold on – I’m an entrepreneur! NOBODY is the boss of me!” Well, turns out, in my case: this adorable little dude is. :)) And you know what? He’s the best boss there is: He forces me to perform in record time! He makes it impossible to be anything but super-focused. He brings me back to what’s important. (I mean REALLY important.) And his hugs are, without competition, THE best reward that I could get. Ever. So yeah. I DO have a boss. He’s 7 ½. Totally uncompromising. Crystal clear about what really matters. And a master of putting things in perspective. For this, I'm forever thankful. Forever in love. #lovemyson #bossbaby #workingmoms #mompreneurlife #familybusiness #businesschallenge #bestbossever #lifeofanentrepreneur #manageyourtime #gettingthingsdone #thisislife #businesscoach #successcoach #productivity ...
