Sanna sits on a wooden bench smiling with lake on background

I’m Sanna, and I’m on a mission:

To help women entrepreneurs unleash their full potential, live fulfilled and financially independent lives!

You’re here to make an impact. My role is to help you clarify what that is and how you can make it happen. Through online programs – courses and coaching – I support your journey towards sustainable success.

Here’s what I believe:

♥ I believe in being ourselves.

When you take on a business persona that is separate from who you are, you’re creating a distance between yourself and your ideal client. Only when you share your thoughts in your unique voice, you can create real connection and change.

♥ I believe that it all starts with WHY.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. Before you start doing, you have to know where you’re heading. Knowing what drives you and turning THAT into clear goals and an effective plan is what sustainability is all about. This is how you make an impact. This is how you build lasting success. This is how you stay motivated.

♥ I believe in making important choices.

You can be incredibly busy and work yourself to the bone. You may even keep yourself afloat that way. But there’s another path. One that involves making choices about your desired impact, your ideal client and your preferred strategy. This is about conscious decision-making. Because decisions create focus – and focus creates results.

If you share my beliefs on sustainable success, then I would love to hear from you!

Because it’s time for you to stop playing small. It’s time to stop holding yourself back or do what others tell you to do. It’s time to replace limiting beliefs with new, constructive behaviors.

You have so much to give. The world is waiting to hear from you. This is YOUR time to thrive!

I hired Sanna to develop my company’s marketing strategy, that needed renovating. My goal: to reach my target market more effectively, and to get more clients.
I learned many new things about marketing and received very concrete support in creating a new marketing strategy, and one that quickly started generating results.
Sanna is very professional in her role as Coach. She’s straight-to-the-point, knowledgeable and unpretentious. I warmly recommend her coaching services to every business owner who wants to develop and grow!

To watch Sanna deliver a workshop is a true learning experience – not only for the knowledge she is able to impart but also for the way she is able to do it: by being both a great speaker as well as a listener/ “reader” of her audience.

I MADE A MISTAKE. Last week was so fun! Feeling stronger, finally, after all these weeks of physical weakness (pneumonia – arrrghhhh!!), I felt ready to dive into work fully and whole-heartedly! But I dove too deep. On Thursday I suddenly felt my head spinning. On Friday, it got worse. By Friday evening, the only thing that kept me awake was the sound of a ball hitting the floor, wall or sofa as Robin held his usual indoor soccer practice in our living room. 😀 It became clear to me that I should have listened to two individuals: 1. My doctor, who told me to TAKE IT EASY as I will likely be feeling immense fatigue for the next couple of months 2. Me, who a week earlier made a promise to myself to take the following week off. Immersed in the work that I love, I forgot about the promise and ignored the advice. Clearly, I needed to pull the break, fast. So, I made some key rules for myself for the weeks coming up, then spent the rest of the weekend reading, resting and going outside for the very first time in weeks! I thought I’d share my adjusted schedule - perhaps you can find elements of it that you can make part of your routine too: I’ll restrict my work to the bare essentials. I’ll work for 3 hours in the morning (my peak productivity zone), then take the rest of the day off. I’ll give my mind a break and engage in creative work that involves my hands and my heart. I’ll go for whatever feels FUN in the moment: drawing, making bracelets, calling a friend. I’ll minimize social media browsing AND stop reading Covid-19-news. I’ll read books. I’ll go for a walk each day to start re-building strength and regaining calm. The essential ingredients here are JOY, HEART and KEEPING IT LIGHT. And you know what: I think that they’re worth holding on to – not only when your head is spinning but in healthier times too! Thanks for checking in. Now over to you guys: share some of your survival routines with us in the comments! #restandrelax #giveyourselfabreak #initforthelongrun #postpneumoniaproductivity #healthyroutines #smallbizlove #businesscoachingforwomen #womenpreneurs #fempreneurs #gettingthingsdone #myownway #whatthedoctorordered ...

Don’t let the visual fool you – this glass is PACKED with all kinds of goodies! 😀 I don’t know about you, but I feel that it’s more important than ever to take extra good care of myself right now. I’m so thankful that my sister @seeds.of.freedom shared this super power extra mega healthy smoothie recipe with me! 😊 I’ve quit the half-a-grapefruit + sandwich + cuppa tea-format that I’ve had for ages – and replaced it with this instead! Feeling more energized and happy to know that I’m giving my body what it needs to keep up the immune system. In the spirit of passing on good things (even though they might just look like a cup of mud) here’s the recipe (and yes, it IS quite tasty!): 1-2 bananas A bunch of berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries Some juice (orange, carrot…) 1 tablespoon of honey 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseeds 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder 1 teaspoon of maca powder 1 teaspoon of barley grass powder 1 teaspoon of moringa powder Mix it all together and enjoy! Stay healthy. Stay kind. And please share any super boosters that you have! <3 #stayinghealthy #superfoodsmoothie #boostyourimmunesystem #initforthelongrun #bekindtoyourself #smallbizlove #businesscoaches ...

Just had a webinar on sustainable business success with a group of amazing women entrepreneurs! So grateful for all of their amazing input! And you guys: thank God for technology! I remember being alone in Canada for a year when I was 17 years old. This was 1989 and still a few years before the great IT revolution. Back then, phone calls were crazy expensive so phone converations were more like quick check-ins. Longing for connection, I checked the mail box for letters from my family each day after school. The isolation I felt! The loneliness! I’m so so grateful to be able to stay connected with all of you. It helps me stay focused, and quite honestly stay somewhat sane. Biggest hugs!❤️❤️❤️ #timetothrive #techlove #stayingconnected #amazingwomen #womenpreneurs #longtermgoals #staysane ...

Desperate times call DON’T call for desperate measures. . With all the shared global anxiety, it’s incredibly easy to start spiraling downwards. Thoughts about scarcity might suddenly take up a lot of your time. Will there be enough clients? Enough money? Enough food or medicine? . Instead of focusing on what you have, you start focusing on what you might not get. Instead of managing the things that you can control, you start worrying about the things that you can’t. . In many ways these are desperate times. But matching them up with equally desperate measures can be detrimental to your business. . Examples of desperate measures are… . 😱Slashing your prices so low so that you won’t even make a profit. . 😱Taking on any client even though he or she is not a good fit for you. . 😱Shifting your marketing strategy just to make a quick sale. . 😱Cutting down on business development. . 😱Taking financially risky decisions. . 😱Going against your gut feeling. . Now more than ever, you need to keep steady. You can’t let scarcity thinking rock your boat. Because once you do, you’re letting desperation rule instead of integrity. . Remember this: Your capacities are still intact. Your skills and talents are too. Your unique experiences are still yours. That perspective that only you can offer is still there for you to share. 🦸🏻‍♀️ . So, stay true to your strategy. Change your tactics if you need to – and many of us will. But don’t take desperate measures just because you’re feeling desperate at this moment. Trust your gut. Know your value. Stay flexible and kind. And always keep your integrity intact. . . . #businessdecisions #dontrocktheboat #staysteady #keepyourfocus #trustyourgut #initforthelongrun #businessgoals #womenpreneurs #agilebusiness #solopreneurs ...

When everything around you suddenly changes – what do you do? Do you work frantically, trying to stick to your plans and reach those big goals of yours? Do you feel stress and anxiety over things not going the way you thought they would? You are certainly not the only one. But here’s the thing: Plans are not set in stone. They are only there to help us deal with an ever-changing reality. So that when things change, so can you. No business will be unaffected by this crisis. But every business is different. And no one knows your business better than you. You can still keep those big goals of yours. But you might need to adjust the time frame or change a part of your strategy. No matter what you choose to do, know this: There will come a time when the world is once again ready for you. There will come a time when we will look back and be grateful for the work that we did and the care that we showed. Today is not yet that time. But it is the time to rest your focus and ask yourself these 3 important questions: 1. What changes will you need to make? 2. What progress can you create? 3. How can you show care for others? Stay healthy. Stay kind. ... #stayhealthy #staykind #refocus #initforthelongrun #longtermgoals #businesslove #smallbusinesslove #thrivingwomenentrepreneurs #solopreneurs #womenpreneurs ...

When world health is priority #1, most other aspects of life can seem small or irrelevant. Our biggest goals and dreams are put – not on hold perhaps, but on a different level of priority. Still. Life does go on, even if the framework around it has changed for a while. Your dreams are still here, and they still matter. YOU matter. And even if it’s not business as usual – it’s still business. You’re still building. And that’s OK. In fact, it’s more than OK. It’s amazing! Because it means that you’re creating your own path in the midst of chaos. Whatever you can do today to keep building towards that long-term dream of yours, I’d encourage you to do it. Whatever you can celebrate today, I’d encourage that too. Your blessings are still blessings. They’re still worth celebrating, perhaps now more than ever. No need to feel guilty. If you want, you can share your blessings here with us. The things you’re grateful for. The small wins during this big challenge. We all need some happy news. And your blessings make us happy too. I’ll go first: I’m grateful for my Dad recovering from his pneumonia, even though it’s slow. I’m grateful for my own, slow recovery from the same darned illness. I’m grateful for my son spending my sick days with his grandparents, being active, happy and healthy. I’m grateful for my husband’s amazing support these past weeks. I’m grateful for my online teaching site progressing. I’m grateful for my first online coaching group of amazing of women entrepreneurs. I’m grateful for your time and attention. If you want, you go next. Share one of your blessings with us. Or share as many as you like. Thank you for raising our energy! #raiseyourvibration #celebrateprogress #yourdreamsmatter #keepongrowing #findyourpath #smallbizlove #notbusinessasusual #manageyourmind ...

Dear friend, . Are you feeling stressed, trying to meet the pressure to perform while feeling the world’s worry? . You’re not alone. I’ve spent the past two weeks recovering from a stubborn pneumonia. I’ve had to cancel a webinar and put a bunch of creative projects to the side. I’ve felt the anguish of having my Dad go through a much worse case of it than me, and still not being able to do anything to help him. . I’m not complaining. There are many people who don’t even have access to health care, medication or supportive family members. And there are those who have it even worse than that. My heart goes out to all of them. . I’m writing this because I know that the pressure to deliver combined with a deep sense of worry can be hard to tackle. All those projects that seemed so important yesterday hardly move us the slightest today. All that focus and energy must suddenly be used elsewhere. . But know this: . You are doing your best. This is not an easy time. We all need a moment to readjust and refocus. Don’t blame yourself for all the things you didn’t get done today. Celebrate the things you did. . If you, like me, are in it for the long-term, then all you need to do today is focus on that next small step that you can take. Take it. Be proud of it. Let it create ripple effects for tomorrow. . I wanted to give you something that you could benefit from without having to invest anything but time – and a little bit of your attention. Please note that all of them are free with no strings attached: . 🌺 If you’re suffering from any kind of self-sabotage, you can download my free pdf course and learn my 10 steps to business success: http://www.subscribepage.com/beattheblocks . 🌺If you’re tired of working yourself to the bone without getting the results you want, you can join me this Friday in my free, live webinar: https://www.sannakoritz.com/your-thriving-business-webinar/ . 🌺If you want to talk get unstuck, you can book a 30-minute clarity call with me to have greater peace of mind: https://calendly.com/sanna-koritz . Creativity is the fundamental building block of your business: 🧚🏼‍♂️ It allows you to visualize your success – and define the steps to make it happen. 🧚🏼 It’s the driving force behind your amazing offers and those unforgettable client experiences. 🧚🏼‍♂️ It’s what makes you unique and impossible to copy. But, like all super-powers, your creativity needs to be nurtured. If your sole focus is to produce and perform, your creativity will eventually be constrained. 🕸 Give yourself the time to explore new ideas without the pressure of productivity. Put yourself in a playful, non-pressured context. Make discovery your only goal. 💜 Your creativity won’t disappoint you. Once you give it space to move freely, it will come back – happier and more powerful than ever. 💃🏻 . . . . . #creativepreneurs #freeyourmind #sustainablesuccess #staycreative #creativefreedom ...
