I’m Sanna, and I’m on a mission:

You’re here to make an impact. My role is to help you clarify what that is and how you can make it happen. Through individual and group coaching programs I support your journey towards sustainable success.

Here’s what I believe:

♥ I believe in being ourselves.

When you take on a business persona that is separate from who you are, you’re creating a distance between yourself and your ideal client. Only when you share your thoughts in your unique voice, you can create real connection and change.

♥ I believe that it all starts with WHY.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. Before you start doing, you have to know where you’re heading. Knowing what drives you and turning THAT into clear goals and an effective plan is what sustainability is all about. This is how you make an impact. This is how you build lasting success. This is how you stay motivated.

♥ I believe in making important choices.

You can be incredibly busy and work yourself to the bone. You may even keep yourself afloat that way. But there’s another path. One that involves making choices about your desired impact, your ideal client and your preferred strategy. This is about conscious decision-making. Because decisions create focus – and focus creates results.

Dreaming big isn’t always easy, especially post 2020. I know that many of you have seen your business slow down and I know what that’s like. I know how it can pull you down, put you in a state of fear and cause doubt – lots of it!⁠ ⁠ But the thing is, your dreams are magical. Well, OK, it’s not *really* about magic, but it can definitely feel like it! 😉 Because whatever you imagine and whatever you dare to believe is the direction that you set your mind in. Your dreams are your compass. Daring to dream big means inviting bigness into your life. ⁠ ⁠ An important note: ⁠ ⁠ “Big” doesn’t have to be running a multibillion-dollar business. Big can mean having a steady flow of clients. Big can mean being able to set aside money for vacation and savings. Big can mean raising your prices so that you can have more time outside of business. Big can mean being able to invest in your business. Big can mean independence. ⁠ ⁠ I invite you to think about this for a moment. What is *your* big dream? What does that dream look like? What would it do for you? How would it make you feel? How would it impact your life? ⁠ ⁠ Tip: the more specific you can get, the better. And don’t worry about the “how”. You’ll get there. Taking the time to define your big dream is truly step #1 for starting to transform your business. ⁠ ⁠ I am *deeply* in love with the process of turning big dreams into doable steps. You know that feeling when you MUST get more clients rolling in, or else…? Not a big fan? Me neither! Not only is it a total business buzzkill, but it also risks ruining your marketing copy. ⁠ ⁠ Why? Because of the simple fact that we’re not robots! When we feel stuff, we usually do and say stuff that we might not have, had we been in a different state of mind. ⁠ ⁠ I once worked with a client whose marketing message had the feeling of: ⁠ ⁠ “Please join us! We need you! We want your business!” ⁠ ⁠ The results? Meager. ⁠ ⁠ To turn things around, we didn’t just fix the marketing. We first worked on her mindset. We refreshed the business vision and set some important standards, like her ideal client and who *not* to accept into her business. ⁠ ⁠ With a stronger foundation she started communicating with confidence. And with time, her brand transformed and so did her results. ⁠ ⁠ So what if *you* could communicate from a different point of view today? ⁠ ⁠ What if you could drop desperation and instead feel calm confidence? ⁠ ⁠ What if you dropped the Must Sell Now impulse and instead invited your clients get to know you? ⁠ ⁠ What if you focused on helping *them* on *their* journey instead of trying to make *yours* work? ⁠ ⁠ Easy-peasy? Nope. Doable? Abso-frickin-lutely! ⁠ ⁠ Like everything, it takes practice. And you know what? It takes courage too. Because this is about changing your habits. It’s about inviting trust and openness into your communication. It’s about letting yourself get to know someone and letting that someone get to know *you*. ⁠ ⁠ Whenever I feel doubt, I ask myself this question: ⁠ ⁠ *What if it all works out?* ⁠ ⁠ For me, it’s a shortcut to that place of calm confidence. It helps me get on with my day, keep my focus and continue to communicate from a happy place. I’m sharing it here with you, hoping that it’ll have the same effect for *your* moments of doubt.
